A good skincare routine doesn’t need to be complicated. In fact, the simpler, the better. At night, your skin repairs itself while you sleep, so it’s the perfect time to give it some extra love. Here’s my go-to 5-step routine that’s easy to stick with and actually works.
1. Cleanser
Always start by washing the day away—makeup, sunscreen, and all the buildup from daily life. I use this gentle cleanser I found on Amazon because it leaves my skin clean without feeling dry.
2. Serum
Serums are like concentrated treatments for your skin. I love hydrating ones with hyaluronic acid or something brightening like vitamin C. The Ordinary has been amazing for keeping my skin fresh and plump.
3. Moisturizer
Lock in hydration with a moisturizer that fits your skin type. At night, I go for something a little richer—this one is lightweight but still super nourishing.
4. Eye Cream
A tiny dab goes a long way. I’ve been using this soothing eye cream, and it helps me wake up looking a little more refreshed (even if I didn’t get enough sleep).
5. Lip Care
Don’t forget your lips! I keep this overnight lip mask on my nightstand, and by morning my lips feel soft and hydrated.
